We have a separate casting department where molten metals are put into mould. This molten material is left to solidify within the mould. The casting is carried out to design various complex shapes of the fittings which is rather difficult to make. Equipped with different tools and equipment, this department is managed by casting experts.

Our machining department has different types of machines and equipment fitted that assist us in meeting the different processes easily. Empowered with a pool of technical staff, we designs and develop the different kinds of hardware fittings in this department.

The fine finishing done on the products has helped in our products in creating a wider market for themselves. Our plating and finishing department takes care of the finish of the products and ensures that they are high on aesthetic value. Furnishing of the products is also done that helps in preventing the products from corrosion and normal wear and tear. The different kinds of base materials are given different plating and finish. Using latest plating and finishing machines, we offer the products that are remarkably attractive. At our Lacquer department, all the hardware fittings at our unit are applied with paint or varnish or enamel to give them a long lasting life and protect them from rusting & wear and tear.
